I did manage to finish my food so it wasn't a complete waste. The restaurant's lobby was pretty messy. To note: mainly around the drink station. Some tables nearby looked to be in rough shape. Food and debris littered the tops and floors. Not sure how busy they were before I arrived. The only customer in the restaurant was a mother with kids and I (not associated). The staff was friendly and attentive.
