They refused to honor it, stating it had to be in app, which I do not have nor have I ever had, and they have honored past email offers without a problem. My husband then ordered a half hamburger, half pepperoni pizza. When we got home and opened it, it was hamburger only. Terrible service, terrible food, terrible quality at the Pizza Hut on 47th.

I often order Pizza Hut when I'm in the DR and it's how I remember it to be. It has the crispy crust that tastes like it came from a cast iron deep dish pan. This pizza I ordered tonight had a crust that might as well been from Dominoes. It obviously wasn't the signature crust I would expect from a Pizza Hut pizza. I'm not sure what is happening here but this pizza wasn't a Pizza Hut pizza.
