  Well, we thought we would dine in at Pizza Hut considering we haven't dined at a Pizza Hut in years, no, decades. Re-live the nostalgia. But sadly it just wasn't the same! In fact, it was probably the worst dining experience I've ever had. And that is not an exaggeration. It was not like dining in a regular restaurant which makes me question why they even have a dining area open in the first place. We were given menus and sat ourselves and then waited, and waited and waited for someone to come take our order. After about 15-20 minutes I had to go to the front desk to tell someone that we have been waiting to have our order taken. Someone came by to take our order (which was two large pizzas, bread sticks, 6 drinks, and a salad with rand dressing as an appetizer). We then waited another another 15 minutes before I had to once again go to the front desk to ask if we could get our drinks we had ordered. The employee came and asked us what we ordered to drink because he had forgotten what we ordered. Our pizzas came out and one of the pizzas was made incorrectly and were told they would have to remake our pizza. The salad did not come until we were halfway through with our meal with no dressing, and the dipping marinara for our bread sticks was ice cold. Then the employee came by to tell us that they did not make the replacement Pizza correctly and a third pizza would have to be made. There were also no drink refills, which at this point was not a surprise at all. While we waited, a table of 4 had been seated about 10 minutes after we had been seated, and they were not helped at all and ended up leaving after roughly 30 minutes because no one ever came to take their order. I got the salad to-go since we were halfway through the meal and waited for third Pizza to correctly be made before we paid and left. Once we got home we realized they just threw on cooked pepperoni onto the second incorrectly cooked pizza. They were not baked with the pizza. A third pizza was never made. The dining room had several tables that had not been cleaned off and the carpet was full of debris under the tables. No one came to clear off our table of extra plates or check to see if the food was satisfactory. I will NEVER eat or order from this Pizza Hut ever again and will go out of my way to tell others to avoid this restaurant at all costs. By far the worst experience. If you have read this far, I highly suggest choosing a different pizza establishment and don't consider this Pizza Hut as a dining option!

  How this place has any five-star review blows my mind. I have stopped ordering Pizza Hut in Greeley simply because this place is disgusting. I haven't ordered Pizza Hut in probably 8 years because of this place alone. And last weekend I decided to try it for the first time in 8 years, I ordered extra sauce and went to pick up my pizza walked in four people were standing there three people walked away the person who was standing there made me wait 5 minutes before actually paying any attention to me handed me by pizza. I got home opened my box there was barely any cheese on my pizza, the pizza was undercooked and super soggy. It made me regret my decision to order from this establishment. Before moving to Greeley Pizza Hut was one of my favorite pizza places, and now just the thought of ordering a pizza from Pizza Hut makes my stomach turn. I don't know why they put so little effort into making their pizza but they do. I don't know anybody who likes going to Pizza Hut in Greeley so I don't know how they stay open.
