    I ordered a Frozen Hot Chocolate It was horrible. One, nothing frozen about it. Was like a cold chocolate milk, only cold chocolate milk is better tasting and thicker. This drink did not even taste like chocolate.

    Everything is so expensive right now. Panera is a guilty pleasure because of that. Service seems likes it takes awhile considering the rumors that all they do is reheat stuff anymore.

    I went here for my break from work and they took 25 minutes just to get my food out throught the drive through. By the time I got my sandwhich I had no time to eat it before I went back to work, it was cold and it wasn't even enough food to make me full and paid 22 dollars I forgot how bad panera was
