    Ordered and paid for a 6 piece nugget but only got 4 nuggets in my box. Upset. {had other items ordered but got those}

    My doordash order was apparently picked up, but not delivered. So I had to go through a huge ordeal with doordash support and with the McDonald's delivery app which is where i placed my order in the 1st place. All of that hassle just to request a refund! Which I'm still not sure I even got from McDonald's because I was hung up on while explaining what had happened with my order. So I placed a new order and the food was cold! I didnt even want anything after feeling how cold everything was. Mind you this McDonald's it's only 5mins from where I live. One item's bun was completely hard so I'm not sure how long it sat out for before pick up. Definitely will avoid this McDonald's moving forward.

    I get breakfast here every morning, and they mess it up at least 3 times a week. Muffins are burnt at least 4 times a week. I only come because it's so close to my house. There is always something wrong

    I'm a mean judgey old lady aka a "karen" but I wanted to shout out to the ladies working the front counter today (12/24/25 Christmas Eve at 12pm) they were busy but so friendly. I appreciated it so much. Thank you gals!!!

    Manager in the morning along with drive through employee couldn't get my order right even after voicing concerns it was incorrect. Extremely poor customer service.
