  I don't understand what has happened over the last few weeks here. This jimmy johns has become hostile to any and all customers. I've seen 3 managers now actively cuss or insult other employees. This place was fine a few weeks ago. Most recently I witnessed a skinny employee with a beard and longer hair touch himself and then make a sandwich. Yes he was wearing gloves but sticking your hand into your pants and then touching food should be criminal.

  I watched a 30+ year old male lose his mind and throw a container and knife as well as curse out the customers and his fellow employees before ripping off his apron and storming outside. Absolutely unprofessional and will not go here again until this employee is no longer here

  Came in Saturday the 15th to grab dinner for myself and my family. Bumped into a female driver wearing a red jimmy johns shirt in the parking lot. After a quick apology we parted ways. She ended up calling me the N word under her breath as she walked to her Subaru. My wife called and spoke to a Manager Marrissa and was basically brushed off and told that nothing was going to happen about it. I then made a corporate complaint and the owner reached out to me and told me that they did not have any female drivers who work the weekend. Obviously they are trying to protect the racist. I've stopped by often for the last few years but I will never come back.

  Bread from this location is almost always old and / or flat (don't let it rise?). It's a LITTLE better in that it used to ALWAYS be bad. They also can't be bothered to fill the order as requested. I would have stopped coming here long ago, but my wife insists. Most recently I got an "Italian Night Club" combo, no salami, extra Capicola and add sliced Parmesan. It had Salami, and no extra Capicola or Parmesan. Looking at other reviews, it seems that QA is a significant problem, especially considering most people don't leave reviews, they just stop going. Getting delivery seems significantly worse. I'd normally guess they are untrustworthy when their customers aren't in the building with them, but other reviews seem to suggest it's no better in person. I wonder how much business they've lost, or if the owner knows or cares.
