One time there was a guy that was waiting for a full hour inside the restaurant for his mobile order that he placed 30 minutes before he got there. It is absolutely atrocious for it to take this long. Customers frequently get dismissed and told they are working on it now yet still wait 30 minutes or more after being told the order is being worked on. Whatever you do do not place an order with chipotle

I ordered on the app when I get there the girl behind the counter tells me my order had already been picked up. She kinda looked at me like I was lying on who I was, and then offered to remake my order. Got all the way to the house opened up the guac. It was black was not that fresh chips were stale. The burrito had some type of sweetness to it. Not sure what it was. The chimichurri sauce was not that great tasted just like olive oil. This is only the second time I’ve ever been to these restaurants, and to be honest they are the worst I’ve ever been to the place was dirty, and the staff paid more attention to themselves than they did to the customers. Not sure how this place stays in business, but I do not recommend this to no one

I ordered a quesadilla — you know, the hot, golden, melted-cheese kind that actually looks like the picture. Instead, I got a cold, floppy tortilla with a sad clump of cheese inside. The cheese isn’t even melted! Did someone forget to press it? Grill it? Blink at it? For real, this is embarrassing. I shouldn’t have to re-cook my “fresh” food at home just to make it edible. Do better — or at least make it look remotely like what you advertise.

For the amount you pay, I should not be getting taquitos ordering only chicken tacos with just cheese, sour cream and salsa. Very unfortunate it's the only one in Greeley. Far as I'm concerned this is scamming people and it's wrong. Been meaning to update my review for months now and every time I come here it's the same experience. Not sure if this is high turnover rate, training or both but this is not okay. I'm nearing my end with giving them our business anymore and it really sucks cause I grew up on this place and love this place. Hopefully they care enough to try and fix it.
