    ⭐☆☆☆☆ I’m really disappointed with my recent experience at Chipotle Mexican Grill. I paid $18 for my bowl, and almost everything about the order was wrong. There was barely any rice or beans — just tiny portions — and the bowl was mostly filled with lettuce. Rice and beans are supposed to be the base, so getting a bowl that was primarily lettuce felt like poor portioning and careless preparation. They completely left out the fajita veggies I ordered. I received the wrong side. I asked for fresh tomato salsa and was given one of the tomatillo/spicy salsas instead, which changed the entire flavor. On top of that, I was given the wrong type of chicken. For the price, I expect accuracy and reasonable portions. This felt rushed and poorly assembled. Unfortunately, this visit did not meet expectations.

    Drove from Wiggins to get our favorite dinner. There were 5 people in front of us and we stood in line for 20 minutes. Rice is very undercooked, cheese wasn’t melted in the quesadilla, steak is all fat and chips are extremely stale. $80 for food plus fuel costs was a huge loss, will never go back to this location.

    I have celiac so I was delighted to hear Chipotles red sauce is now gluten free! I had the best meal here today and was given a really good full bowl! Thank you!!

    This location needs better management. Every time we get food from this location they never have the house vinagrette and if there are promotional items, they're out of something. Chipotle has been advertising the new chimichurri sauce, so you'd think it would be available. Nope, didn't have it. I asked the employee why and was told that the manager was late and didn't get it made, and then another person said that the oil was bad. Either way, this is what happens every time at this location. Looks like it's time for a new manager and/or the franchise owner needs to step up and get things back on track. I may not go to this location again
