Every time we get food from this location they never have the house vinagrette and if there are promotional items, they're out of something. Chipotle has been advertising the new chimichurri sauce, so you'd think it would be available. Nope, didn't have it. I asked the employee why and was told that the manager was late and didn't get it made, and then another person said that the oil was bad. Either way, this is what happens every time at this location. Looks like it's time for a new manager and/or the franchise owner needs to step up and get things back on track. I may not go to this location again

One time there was a guy that was waiting for a full hour inside the restaurant for his mobile order that he placed 30 minutes before he got there. It is absolutely atrocious for it to take this long. Customers frequently get dismissed and told they are working on it now yet still wait 30 minutes or more after being told the order is being worked on. Whatever you do do not place an order with chipotle
