I called a week before to place a cake order called twice throughout that week to change somethings I wanted on cake. Staff confirmed it would be done by the time and day I needed cake done. Day of party no cake made done or nothing ! Girl working register said order is just there but cake wasn’t made at all!! She didn’t know why all she could say was it was the cake decorators fault which it was ! I asked how did she not make the cake if I called a week ahead she Just said sorry and told me to choose a cake in fridge that’s all they had !!!! In general very disappointed showed up to party with a lame cake! Just frustrating when people can’t do jobs they suppose to do !

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
