This chipotle needs to get it together since it is the ONLY ONE IN THE CITY. I have been in multiple times in the last week hoping they won’t mess it up but they always do. Last mobile order burrito I had was smaller than my fist it was terrible. The employees have attitude issues and the management team must suck considering. I tried to redeem my free entree reward and the woman at the counter was getting upset at the computer and lashed out at me. She said the reward wasn’t working and she couldn’t do anything and made me pay. She refused to help me and made me pay when she could’ve worked with a manager. There portion sizes are awful and the lazy employees will give you half a scoop of an ingredient they run out of and will still charge you full price! I came in at 2pm 4/24. Given the number of bad reviews this location has I guess it shouldn’t be shocked that management doesn’t care nor do the workers.

I’ve ordered here the past couple days in a row trying to eat cleaner but the inconsistency is ridiculous. Today my bowl came in half empty (I ordered online and since I’m not there to watch my order be made they’ve sent my bowl HALF EMPTY IN THE SECOND PICTURE).
Yesterday I ordered a bowl and received either the wrong order or substituted sour cream and cheese with extra rice and beans with still little to no meat (pictured in third slide I had to flip the bowl to make sure the sour cream or cheese wasn’t on the bottom).
So that has me wondering if you guys can fill the bowl with beans and rice as a substitute because your either out of sour cream or cheese - why can’t you fill it up regularly for everybody? Why do managers and employees act like this is going to come out of their pocket or affect their bills? Why do I have to pay $10-15+ for half empty bowls or wrong orders? Would love to hear what excuse management is going to come up with.

Ordered a few bowls and they were pissed off that’s they had to make them. Bad service. Portions were tiny. They said they were”out of rice.” Literally got everyone’s order wrong. Asked for no beans on mine and gave me a TON of black beans. Asked for hot sauce and didn’t get any. They said they were “OUT” of SOUR CREAM. What? Got guac and they filled the container about 1/2 full.

this issue is a regular occurrence at this store. Ordering online here is absolutely ridiculous. the bowl is about half as full as when you order in the store and 90% of the time it’s incorrect. i don’t remember the last time i got a bowl that was made right. this time i ordered two bowls and on one bowl they added beans to when no beans were specified on the bowl and the other one they put white rice instead of brown. so frustrating to be wasting money and supporting an inconsistent store. do better chipotle.

One person working the entire food line while the cashier just stands there and smiles and turns up the music and acts like that’s gonna make things better with the fact that chipotle is being cheap and cutting workers so they don’t have to pay and in return is paying with long lines. It’s no secret. It’s all over TikTok that you guys are doing this our location across the US and it’s atrocious. I ordered my bowl on the way home from a long day of work and school. I ordered brown rice, chicken, and guac when I got home I opened my bowl after settling in and my rice was hard so I took time out of my already busy day to go back and have them make it right, because with the prices they’re charging there was no way that I was gonna eat a bowl with hard rice. I go and I present the bowl to them and they asked me what I would like and I advised them if they could just remake it really quick they said yes, but that I would have to go all the way back to the long line with the one food prep behind a huge family. I don’t understand why it was such a big deal for him to whip me up a bowl quickly and get me out of the way so I could go on about my day, but I’ll just be taking my money to Qdoba where they don’t charge for guac and where the rice is not hard. As someone who loves chipotle I won’t be back. I hope you guys go out of business.
