  They choose not to serve people they'll straight look at you roll their eyes smack their lips and do everything in their power not to sit you down even walk around the whole kitchen to go get something for somebody else. Roman wasn't much help either. And the front desk people who are helping other people as they walked in with their to-go Waters they weren't acknowledging anybody either worst Buffalo Wild Wings ever but what do you expect it's greeley

  I had a great experience at Wing Shack thanks to our waitress Alexis! She was super friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without us even having to ask. Our drinks stayed full, the food came out quickly, and she checked in just the right amount—not too much, not too little. You can tell she really cares about giving good service and making customers feel welcome. She honestly made our whole visit better.

  Decided to give this place another chance and was being served by Becky. Tall blonde with the glasses. I asked for a water to go with my drink and she looked at me like I was an idiot and shook her head. Absolutely the worst energy and service I’ve ever had in my life! Save your money and go somewhere else these people don’t give a damn about their customers. I’m a long time customer who eats there all the time. I’m super kind, respectful and very low maintenance. But you found a way to drive me to Wing Shack. Will NEVER come back. Don’t know what the heck is going on there

  This is the worst experience I’ve ever had a BDubs. Usually it’s the go to spot for friends and family to enjoy time together. It wasn’t even busy, which is usually understandable for non-high quality service. But it was a slow night, server forgot our appetizer, came after our wings which took 40 minutes. She never circled back around to check if we needed new drinks or how our food was. Had to talk to the manager who did help with the bill part, but no one else came around to see how we were doing expect a server from a whole different sections because she seen us looking for the server. I wish the experience would have been more pleasurable. Very disappointed on the outcome of tonight.
