  I think her name was jasmine or something? Incredibly rude to customers and other staff members, she’s also writing her own reviews on here too without bothering to make a burner account, incredibly unethical. My food was also made very poorly with an uneven ratio of condiments. I ordered a bbq honey mustard chicken sandwich and my barbecue sauce was spilling out the back end, vegetables and chicken falling out of the sides, terrible overall, I don’t even know how that girl is still working there. I go in there a lot and that girl is often very rude, she has no respect at all, employees often seem exhausted and stressed. Out of all the locations for subway I’ve eaten at this one was the worst, I would recommend a different location if you’re looking for pleasant customer service and good food, or avoid going when that girl is clocked in if you can help it any.

  Every time I have been to this subway the service is slow. I am not sure if they do not have enough staff, but when I prepay I hope for a faster experience. It is terrible service when you go through the drive through. They are so busy inside, they pay no attention to the drive through.

  Went in the drive-thru to pick up A MOBILE ORDER. We had to wait almost 30 minutes because they were caught up with everything else. Horrible experience (which happens every time we go) if you cannot work a window properly, don't have one!!

  Subway has been one of my favorite fast food places over the years. But I am HIGHLY disappointed in this place. Firstly, the food was worse than mediocre. I asked for EXTRA sauce and was left with the smallest spurt of mayonnaise and my sandwich was 99% bread. I tried to be understanding and politely ask for more but I was ignored. Not once, not twice, but THREE TIMES. I spent like $22 on the worst sandwich Iv’e ever eaten. Secondly, workers looked like they were in fear of making mistakes. I asked who the manager was and I am led to believe it was someone named Jasmine. Iv’e come in here often and when I do my food is usually made poorly. This review is my last hurrah before I never come in again. As of writing this and reading other reviews I’ve also become aware that the manager and other possible staff are writing their own “positive” reviews on this place. For your own sake, do NOT eat here. Any other subway in the valley has shown proficiency in making half-decent food, even during times of stress and high customers. Hope this helps.

  Came in to have lunch, was welcomed by two wonderful ladies (Shania and Ebony) I might be slightly off on names, but, the place looked phenomenal, food was fantastic and their customer service was above and beyond excellent 👌. Thank you ladies!
