They’ve always had the nicest senior ladies in the checkouts, and the store still felt generally like an established grocery store that’s been serving the area for a while. But there have been some changes to it recently, perhaps out of an effort to reduce shrink or losses, but with the new security corrals as the crescendo this place now feels more hostile than inviting. I won’t be back unless they get rid of the barriers and bring back the welcoming environment. Figure out how to solve your shrink problems without creating physical barriers in the store that make it feel inconvenient and uncomfortable.
