- RRRyan RoeschApr 4, 20265.0Went in on burrito day 2026, and while the food was still good there were some minor setbacks. Upon arrival storefront glass was dirty and so were tables. When ordering the brown rice was extremely over cooked and came out in clumps and balls, so ordered white rice instead which I normally avoid. Was out of my go to surf and turf protien options and out of ice. While I know that burrito day is a busy day for staff I think there should be an incentive for staff to focus on product quality and store cleanliness still on this busy day. Also the guy cashing me out was somewhat rude. All in all still 5 stars cause every other time has been great but fell short on this busy day. This and the Rimrock location are hands down way better than the Clifton location which is why it is still a 5 star review.

The employees couldn’t find my order. I provided the receipt with proper location, name, and order info. The young man helping me checked with the manager about it. The manager yelled at me from across the room saying she couldn’t help me and doesn’t see my order. I tried to ask her if she would come view my receipt since I payed for the food already and again she yelled at me from across the room that she can’t help me. I completely understand if something in the online ordering system got messed up but did not appreciate the manger’s refusal to look at my receipt and her causing a scene. The young man seemed caught in the middle and was kind enough to remake my order. Mix ups happen, I totally understand. I just hope that next time the manager will try to be part of the solution not part of the problem and at least look at my receipt.
