  I usually come here with my kids for a nice quick meal, and it’s usually not bad. However me and my kids and wife visited this location on 4/2 for a quick dinner after a concert and I was far from impressed.. after ordering and receiving out food (mostly nuggets, and two burgers). I bit into my burger and noticed the patties were raw.. I went to notify the manager and was greeted by a young woman who when was told the patties were raw said ‘okay’ and walked away.. I threw the patty away and was just considering it a fluke.. my boy bit into his burger and I was looking out of curiosity, I stopped him from eating it and had him rip it in half… needless to say his patties were raw as well.. this time I wanted to speak to a manager for a refund on the two burgers. I waited at the counter with 3-4 other people who’s orders were wrong, all the time the young woman who I had previously spoken to was trying to handle all the issues with every customer at the counter.. finally after about 15 minutes a manager became visible (only after a couple came in who had called and spoke directly to the manager to get their order corrected). When I got the opportunity to speak to the manager he was visibly shaken, not sure the context behind his behavior, but it was apparent at that point why the young woman was trying to handle the issues and not the manager.. I did eventually get my refund for the two burgers, only after I witnessed complete unorganization and what can only be described as anarchy behind the counter (with employees verbally expressing their displeasure with all the issues customers were having and the dissatisfaction with fellow employees). This was my go to spot, now I am going to be taking a break until the issues and kinks get worked out, might give it a go in a few months and see if things have improved.

  I did a mobile order for some fries. I didn’t ask for ketchup, but they brought ketchup with the fries several packs of ketchup. About 10 minutes later, a young woman employee walked by and I asked her if she could take the ketchup for me. There was a trashcan about 5 feet away. She took the ketchup out of my hands and in one swift motion and just threw it in the trash I guess it never occurred to her That I wished for the catch-up to be reused and not wasted. not to mention plastic pollution, but that’s lost on a lot of young people nowadays. It’s pointless to even try.

  The worst mcdonald’s in the valley. I don’t know how hard it is for a crew of adults to make a plain cheeseburger with the cheese on it but obviously the incompetency at this store starts with the magnager who can’t be involved in her store enough to take complaints.

  Could've been better.. I only go here if this is a last resort. At least it isn't as bad as the mc Donald's on north avenue. Horizon is better

  Very dirty store food literally all over the floor for over an hour. Stood in line for 10 mins inside for a refill and workers looked at me and didn’t walk over or say anything.
