Today I was having a bad day all around, so on my way home I decided to make an online order at 5 guys for a small fry. Nothing else, no drink, no burger, just a small fry. Already feeling like crap, I walked in to get my order and told the tall blonde male employee I had a pickup order and he told me to grab a drink while I wait free of charge. It completely brightened me up. I grabbed a cup and got a drink while I waited for my fries and when I went back up to the counter he told me he gave me a regular fry instead of a small. This guy had no idea what I was going through today or how much that small gesture meant to me, it seriously made my day. 5 guys knows what they’re doing and I’ve never once had a bad experience there. 10/10

We went in and over heard an employee say to someone on the phone .they didn't care if they where sick they need to come to work or get a write up or fired I with not support a company that tells the staff we dont care if your sick come to work . Also dont want to get sick from there in employee being force to come in sick .

We noticed a difference in the burger....less condiments than normal . We ordered "all the way." The fries were not fresh and a large was not like the former large size. The strawberry shake wasn't as good as normal. No fresh strawberries anymore. Dairy Queen shakes are better for the price. We have been regular customers, but will not be back. Disappointing $40 meal.

I ate lunch around 1pm on 3/18/26 at this location. Upon walking in the parking lot a female employee was taking food out on the patio and I was struck by how pleasant and professional she was. Walking inside it was busy. Seemed like only 3 employees but all were very happy, provided great service with a great attitude even though it was busy. The employees were even rocking out and singing. It is nice to eat at a restaurant with employees who genuinely care about customer service and make the most of enjoying their job. The food was great as well. I am not in Grand junction often but will be back to eat here next time I am. Thanks for a great experience!

Corporate needs to come down and help this location meet their standards. $20 for a bacon cheeseburger and fries is perhaps reasonable if the food is great. My fries were soooo old that they were barely edible. The burger was a big smushed mess. If I had dined in I would have sent it back.
