Wings had good flavor, but they needed to be cooked much longer. I’m sure they were busy today with Super Bowl crowd, but I ordered well in advance of my requested pickup time. The wings (bone-in) were not crispy at all. Disappointing after spending that much money for our group.

Absolutely disgusting! And I mean that in the way of cleanliness of the restaurant. Quite literally every open table was dirty with spilled soda, trash, dried wing sauce & crumbs. I had to get a paper towel and wet it with water from the soda fountain to clean off a table before we could sit down.
I watched four top get up and leave, a couple minutes later a kid came out from the back to clear the baskets and trays off the table and he Never came back to wipe it off.
And then to top it off, we all know their food is nothing special, but my son asked for no pickles on his sandwich and they put a ton of pickles on his sandwich. This was the second time I've been there and I will never ever go back.
