    Missing food items and was charge for it, it was delivered but the bag was sealed so we know the driver didnt take it, it was almost a $10 item too and the item was the only thing allgery friendly to one of us who ordered and paid for it and by the time we got the food we tried to call and the location was closed or wouldnt pick up the phone.

    Every time I come here it is quite the opposite of fast and convenient which is the whole point of FAST food. It was not even that busy and I was made to wait for almost 5minutes just to order then 15 minutes for one singular burger no sides not drink one burger that’s all I ordered. The fact that you cannot make one burger in 15 minutes and take 5minutes just to take my order is absolutely ridiculous and you really should figure out.

    Never had a bad feeling about a stupid hamburger at sonic until earlier, I feel like somethings changed about sonic and it's not the place I used to know anymore. I trust my gut and my gut said that something just wasn't right. I feel like sonic is a great place and I understand that every business has some of those times where it's not at its best. I hope things are alright in the workplace. Things just seemed off. Also I ordered then 2 minutes later they came out with it? Which wow awesome but at the same time it would take about 7-10 minutes usually ? Which made my gut even more suspicious about it. Aswell as not repeating the order correctly like example the customer says like a #5 but somehow they heard a #1 and like drink like a Pepsi and somehow hearing a sprite? making me feel like and I'm sure other customers that they aren't taking the job seriously anymore? Making the customer not satisfied with employees.

    The person who took my order was extremely rude and didn’t even greet me when I pulled up. She acted like it was a big inconvenience to help me. I probably won’t come back.

    I've been here a few dozen times over the years, and I can't recall ONE time that my order was what I asked. I ALWAYS have to ask for corrections after they gave me my food or need to get a whole new order. The employee's are usually very nice but I'm tired of getting scammed out of food I ordered or having to wait an aditional 15 minutes for them to get it together while I'm in a hurry.
