This used to be my favorite grocery store to go to in the valley for 15 years. They’ve always had the nicest senior ladies in the checkouts, and the store still felt generally like an established grocery store that’s been serving the area for a while. But there have been some changes to it recently, perhaps out of an effort to reduce shrink or losses, but with the new security corrals as the crescendo this place now feels more hostile than inviting. I won’t be back unless they get rid of the barriers and bring back the welcoming environment. Figure out how to solve your shrink problems without creating physical barriers in the store that make it feel inconvenient and uncomfortable.

Used to be a decent store, but they put up all the security gates, parked on one side of the store have to come out on the other, and the staff are kind of rude. Don’t think I’ll be coming back.

Not sure how late the deli stays open but three times I have been in the store around 6:15-6:30 and 3 times have been ignored. Just looking to get someone to slice some meat and didn’t think I’d have to beg someone for help. The employees literally ignored me standing there at the counter and I was the only person there. Maybe get a bell? Or a flag to wave? Yeah, terrible customer service

I have to say!! I absolutely love the professionalism at this location. Their team and management that I've dealt with have been outstanding. A huge shout out to the floral department, Ms. Natalie is an amazing artistic florist who has managed to bring the brightest smiles to some of my most troubled loved ones with her brilliant bouquets. I appreciate your talents and your sweet demeanor very much!! Thank you !!Thank you!! 🙌🙏💛

Feb 14 2026 Girl wearing purple cardigan with curly hair working self checkout around 6 pm was so rude and disrespectful An item was getting scanned so she then responded “can’t enter the price so gonna have to ring us up elsewhere”when I ask the child “you can’t add a price “ as it was clearly marked on the box she replied with “ NO (rolling her eyes) can’t you see. Can’t press this button so“ I then just dismissed her and told her to keep the item don’t know why she was in a bad mood but just unnecessary
