    Some employees are just straight up mean to each other to the point it’s not even funny, some of these employees need to be paid way more for dealing with this crap, not to even mention how the customers act it is just unbelievable. I feel bad for these employees who aren’t treated with respect.

    This place is an embarrassment to fast food. Whoever management here is needs to be fired. Your employees are extremely rude, I’m always left waiting in line for at least 15minutes, and almost everytime I make the mistake of spending my money you mess up my order! This is an absolute joke. I WILL BE CALLING CORPORATE! You guys have had so long to get it together and considering this is the McDonald’s where someone died from ecoili… you guys should have your act together absolutely ridiculous. Gonna tell everyone I know the McDonalds on north ave is the worst place in town you guys are all absolutely ridiculous

    Horrible. The whole time the manager on duty I believe was yelling at the other workers whole time I was in there! I came again.. and the workers had been talking took so long to serve me yet they where still supper nice! But not okay.

    Went threw the drive through with my girlfriend, got a spicy meal large and a frozen coke. Went up to second windows and got giving a small frozen coke. Went inside to ask to get the correct size. A woman on the heavier side in a brown hoodie with redish brown/black hair told me that I couldn't get it up sized because I didnt bring in my receipt so I simply asked if they could just look up my order. And she gave me a lot of attitude when I asked that and used harsh language which made me feel unwelcome for simply trying to fix my order. Then with an attitude told the manager the meal said medium and I said it's large even the frys in my bag are large so I dont understand why my drink would be medium then especially when I paid the price of a large.She then had an annoyed rude look on her face while the manager on duty fixed it for me while being very professional and kind.I dont like being treated this way as someone who also works in customer service and knows customers can be difficult at times ,but all I was asking was to fix the drink with my meal ,something i dont think I should feel shamed for .

    My wife and I are long time frequent customers of this McDonald's. Most of our visits have been curbside delivery on our way to work. For reasons we're not sure of, the dynamic staff we are used to seems to have left their positions there. Their replacements now deliver our food late or not at all, sometimes causing us to leave curbside and go inside to check on where our order is. We've also had many app problems. This because upon entering our space # the app crashes. Lately though, and my family is multicultural so don't get me wrong, we've experienced employees and managers that speak little or no English language. We don't speak Spanish and are clearly Caucasians. Should these problems continue we're going to be forced towards other breakfast choices nearby, such as Burger King, Wendy's, Starbucks, Sonic, Carl's junior etc. We've always preferred McDonald's and are hoping the issues we've recently experienced can be get resolved.
