  Ordered a sandwich online and was getting delivered butt driver never showed up just parked at the dennys next door never came to the door went back to jimmy johns gave a bullshit excuse talked to all the managers still waiting for my money to be returned to my card

  Maybe turn down the obnoxious music so your employees can hear well enough to take orders. I asked for extra lettuce, somehow got "E-Z" lettuce? Basically two pieces of shoe string lettuce on my sandwich. What the hell is the point of "E-Z" lettuce? Why wouldn't I just order a sandwich with NO lettuce??? I asked for Jimmy peppers there was literally two peppers. I asked for onions there was about three onion rings. I do not understand the stinginess with the veggies at Jimmy John's. Seems like this is an every time thing now and I'm going to have to make it the last time. I don't know how many times I've asked for extra lettuce just to get a less than normal amount of lettuce, some people like veggies on their sandwich, some people like more than just meat and cheese and mayonnaise.

  I would give them no stars they really suck I've been waiting for my order for 1 hour and 30 minutes and still have not gotten shit
