The bad reviews about how long the wait is in a two lane popular coffee place are WILD! YEAH Be expected to wait if you happen to pull up in a line. The drinks and the friendliness of the people taking your order and serving your drinks far outweighs any inconvenience in my opinion. Consistently love all the drinks I get here and often buy drinks for my pals at work. Literally everyone who has ever waited on me at this location is so sweet and lovely. If you want to bypass waiting in the drive thru for 30 min then place your order in the app and walk to the pick up window. I will continue to support Dutch bros as the experience there continues to be exceptional 10/10

I literally have been a dutch fan for twenty years. I waited for this store to open for months with excitement. However. consistently my drinks are made incorrectly. Usually missing extra flavors or additions. Two of the three drinks I ordered today were straight up bad. Im so frustrated that each time I go I spend so much time figuring out my orders and paying 30$ a visit for them to get wasted or have next to nothing in them besides a full cup of ice. This is not the case in Arizona. Or Utah. Or Oregon. Or Nevada. Or even other locations in the state. I love dutch. I still go all the time. But I've lost hope that things are going to be done right at this location.

This Dutch Bros was a much needed addition to Grand Junction! The customer service was amazing, and the drinks came out perfectly. This spot is so popular already! I highly recommend their hot chocolate and their golden eagle blended.

Our town recently got a Dutch Bros. We waited for the lines to die down before we tried it. While the coffee is delicious, the app has a lot to be desired. I downloaded it, put $30 on the “Dutch Pass” and tried to order our coffee. The app kept saying “oops! Something went wrong”. I gave them the benefit of the doubt because, well apps sometimes have issues! We went to the drive through and ordered our coffee. The young people working there were super nice and they did a fantastic job with making our order correctly and quickly! Fast forward one week to the day, tried again. Same issue!!! According to their Facebook page, this is an ongoing issue. I HIGHLY recommend NOT using the DUTCH PASS!! Because of the fact that I now have to dispute the charge on my credit card, I’m only giving 2 stars. I will update this review if anything changes.
Update: I was able to use the Dutch Pass at the window to e next time that we went for coffee. Apparently, the problem that I had was a “known issue” and “corporate” is working to get it fixed. Again, the staff were nice and very efficient! We will definitely go back. Accordingly, I changed my review to 4 stars.

I know it's weird posting photos of the employees but I'm making a point. I went at 1:30pm on a Sunday afternoon. TLDR: terrible service and takes forever. Not worth it. a very mid-drank. Literally go anywhere else. Employees did NOT care about being efficient or courteous of other people's time. There was a long line of cars and nearly ALL the employees stood around a lost dog for over 15 minutes not assisting anyone. I was parked in the same spot for about 30 minutes. Don't go if you're on a schedule. BBBOOOOO!!!
This is the first time I've ever been to a Dutch Bros. Honestly also probably the last. The coffee was mid in all honesty but what really pisses me off is the employees. I sat in the Drive-Thru for over half an hour while I counted at least 6-7 of the employees stop what they were doing to all look at this lost dog. A random gentleman found this dog running around near by and brought the dog over to the employees. I dont why he thought they would be helpful but whatever. The lady who was taking the orders on the iPad stopped the line of cars so that she could talk to the guy and pet the dog. They ended up giving him a free drink, which doesn't bother me, but they got his order in and made before any of the other cars waiting. There were 15ish cars who'd were in line and waiting, 3 of them had gotten there before me. As soon as the dog guy came up with this dog, two new employees immediately ran out to pet it. These two specific ladies ended up staying outside the entire time I was in the line. Another three employees shortly followed after that. And I think someone who might have been a manager eventually came out as well. We sat in the Drive-Thru and just watched the 6-7 employees all standing around and talking around this dog. People were getting noticeably upset and frustrated in the line. There were people who rolled down their windows to get the attention of the iPad lady to place their orders but were ignored even though they were at the front of the line. In one of the photos I have circled the car with a lady in it. She had been there before me. No idea how long she had been waiting prior to my arrival but she was visibly frustrated and had her window down. She was trying to ask if she could order and been polite but the employees just TURNED THEIR BACKS TO HER and completely ignored her. That is what I find extremely rude. They could simply communicate that they are dealing with this dog and ask for some patience. Instead, they simply turn their backs and walked away from everyone and ignored everyone. When we got to the window they were blasting super loud 18+ music. Felt like I should have been going clubbing not trying to pay for a coffee. I struggled to hear the lady taking my card for payment because the music was so loud while sitting there waiting for my coffees to be made. I glance through drive-thru window while waiting. I recognize all but two employees who had been outside sitting with this lost dog. That meant that almost every single employee at this Dutch Bros location stopped what they were doing so they could go outside and stand together for about 15 minutes talking about a lost dog. The owner did come and get his dog eventually but some of the employees still stayed outside talking to the guy who originally found the lost dog and the owner. I have worked in the fast food industry for different companies throughout my life. I know how a Drive-Thru works and understand how how stressful it can be. I also can respect that things happen that are out of your control. But an entire Dutch Bros. Location stopping because a dog was found is kind of crazy. Also, I would have appreciated some kind of acknowledgment that these people had wasted so much of everyone else's time. They didn't apologize for any inconvenience or along waits. They didn't talk about the dog to anyone else. They just kept talking to each other and ignoring us while we sat and waited. The fact that the ENTIRE Dutch Bros. staff stopped working so they could "help" get the dog home is wild. Sorry it's long
