The manager was less than helpful called it a mistake the real mistake was me wasting my money and time and I tipped like an idiot. I didn’t make it a problem because I run a store and I get it but when my people mess up I make it right for my customers I don’t spew off bs and expect the customer to be ok with it.

Comprehension is 0.the delivery driver also questioned me on wanting my change back? i’m sorry i tip for service but this was absolutely horrible service it was almost like he expected us to tip i absolutely planned on tipping him up until it was even a question on wanting my change back. on top of that we we voiced the concerns to the manager in which we were met with an okay sorry that was your experience we weren’t looking for anything of any sort other than to try and avoid something like this from happening again and seemed like there was no care to even try.
