    I hadn't eaten food from a DQ in many years until a couple days ago and after receiving a disgusting burger with dangerously undercooked bacon in a to-go order from this location a couple days ago, it will be many more years before I return. Unfortunately I didn't realize they gave me a burger with disgustingly undercooked bacon until I got to my destination several miles away. Also ridiculous it took them 15 minutes to prepare said order in a restaurant with no other customers the entire time other than one sketchy guy sitting but not dining. Those 15 minutes should have been sufficient time for them to actually cook the bacon before putting it on the burger.

    Had to repeat order to client multiple times, when another barged in yelling. Absolutely disrespectful, and unprofessional. No common courtesy — was parked for order and waited over 15 minutes so left.

    I have ordered from this location quite a few times through DoorDash. The food is usually as mid as I expect from any Junction fast food and sometimes it is good! But I came all the way here to say that the drinks suck every time. Not sure if it’s a machine issue, but I am sure it’s a management issue. I just know they’re in the back telling the employees that “if they ordered no ice don’t fill the cup all the way up!” This isn’t Starbucks babes, it’s a fountain drink BFR. I wouldn’t be leaving this review if that was it though, the syrup and carbonation combo has literally never once been right. I’m disappointed I’ve ordered this many times but I’m one for second and apparently fourth or fifth or seventeenth chances but… damn guys not even good drinks smh
