  I get glares for asking for help. Making me feel very unwelcome. I always try and think maybe they are having a bad day but it’s literally every time I come. Take the time to just drive to north they are always nicer.

  Horrible, shift lead up front was very rude (dark hair) was dressed unprofessional. They closed their lobby at 8PM, normally it’s 10PM. The rude lady got one of my blizzards wrong. Guy up front also yelled in the lobby saying “lobby is closed now” and had all sitting customers leave. I didn’t rate service or atmosphere because it was just bad. I felt very unwelcome and the shift lead lady up front glared at us for asking for help fixing her own mistakes, she gave us the wrong sizes of blizzards, didn’t give us our extra hot fudge and on top of that had a whole lot of attitude and was yelling at us for simply nicely asking if she could just get our order right. Don’t think I’ll come back, she should not be working in customer service nor should the man up front.

  Very horrible service I got reprimanded by employees for showing up "to quickly " for door dash in was yelled at before they even knew i was here for door dash very rude made me feel like I was in the wrong for even coming her

  this place consistently has a 10-15 waiting period (have sat longer ) in the drive thru and 8/10 times i come here something is forgotten

  the last few times i’ve gone to this location the customer service was terrible. the first time i went, they didn’t care to try and listen to our order, making us feel rushed. they then proceeded to give us the wrong sizes for every drink and responded in a rude manner when we asked for the right sizes. the second time i went i was yelled at over the speaker box because they “couldn’t hear me”. when i pulled up to the window i paid, was handed my stuff and took off WITHOUT one word said to me.
