  I honestly hate writing this because this used to be one of my favorite spots in town whenever I came to visit. I used to look forward to eating here. But now? It’s just sad. The food is beyond disappointing. It comes out soggy and I mean immediately soggy. There’s no way food should turn into a wet mess in the five seconds it takes to walk from the counter to a table right in front of them. It wasn’t sitting. It wasn’t delivered. It was handed to me like that. Just gross. On top of that, the cleanliness and professionalism were extremely concerning. The cooks weren’t wearing hair nets, which already made me uneasy. But what really did it for me was watching one of the employees at the register literally picking his nose and then going back to handling food without washing his hands. That alone was enough to completely lose my appetite. The overall vibe has gone downhill bad service, poor hygiene, and food quality that doesn’t even meet basic standards anymore. It’s disappointing to see a place that used to be so good fall this hard. I genuinely cannot recommend eating here unless you’re okay with soggy food and questionable cleanliness. I won’t be back.

  Extremely rude staff at the register. All the cooks up front have filthy clothes, and have some sort of long facial hair whether it’s a mustache or beard while working above open food without a beard net.

  The service was trash. None of them had hairnets on. We found a hair and my wife’s sandwich. They were refusing to give me a refund till I told him I’m gonna call corporate on you guys and they were continuing to be rude as they gave me a refund I told him it was his hair and he kept denying it you guys need to get a new crew in there. That crew is trash.

  Good cheese steak and amazing service, they went out of there way to wrap up what I couldn't finish and even topped off my drink. Great place to go if you are in the mood for a cheese steak.

  Place looked raggety. Felt like I was in the school cafeteria. Doug was awful and one of the rudest people i met and when I called him out he upcharged me 2 whole dollars. Never coming here again. Also they gave me the wrong sandwich.
