- JPJimmi Price2 days ago1.0I’m really disappointed with how this location handles customers lately. They prioritize online orders over people who are actually standing in line, which is frustrating when you’ve been waiting. On top of that, they often run out of key ingredients like veggies hours before closing — it feels like they’re not planning properly or just don’t care about late customers. I used to enjoy coming here, but the service has gone downhill.
- RRRyan Raimer4 days ago1.0Staff only cares about online orders. They make you wait at the beginning of the line while they prep four or five online orders. Then they save the mixed vegetables for online orders only. Then you have to wait at the cash register while they prepare more online orders. The staff is not friendly or happy that we are there. I think they would rather us just do online orders so they don’t have to bother with interacting with us. I did not like how we were treated or the folks behind us. Do better!

They are open til 11pm why are you breaking down and cleaning at 9:50pm. The whole time talked about Chipotle corporate and how they don't care about the employees. Well the employees dont care about the customer so ..........love Chipotle but please check your staff.
