  6pm. Female did not like her job. Only white or wheat bread. No meat for Philly but charged me anyways. I asked for the difference back between the $9 ham and $12 Philly sandwich. She told me it was basically the same amount. I asked again for the difference back. She opens register and hands me $11 cash back (I paid with CC). I told her I didn't want a refund just the difference. Confused, she told me to just take the money. Have low expectations when you come here.

  Ordered online at 5:45. Days they close at 7. Well they canceled my order at 6:05 and locked the doors. How lazy can you be? Just ask this place and you will find out

  Seriously so frustrating. The sign literally says they close at 7, and we got there at 6:45… but the door was already locked. If you’re going to advertise those hours, at least stick to them. Granby doesn’t exactly have a ton of restaurant options, so why have everything lit up and the sign out if you’re just going to lock up early? Someone even saw us at the door and just ignored us. Super annoying experience.

  I requested for the bread to be hollowed to stay within my calories and she said "I cant, if I do it with you, I have to do it with everybody". That did not make sense to me why she would deny my request or deny the request of other people. Basic customer service.
