  The fries were ice cold and I asked for 2 sauces..2! I got 1. Not going there again. Can't even afford 2 sauces?

  Ordered a bacon double quarter pounder burger and received none of the bacon I payed extra for alongside getting 3 pickles when I asked for extra, ordered a ten piece chicken nugget and received 9 full chicken nuggets and the 10th nugget was just a burnt crispy piece of breading without any chicken in it, asked for fries extra salt because there is usually not enough salt on them to begin with and received less salt than I would receive at any other store when asking for light salt, also ordered a single cheeseburger and got 1 pickle and got a hair fused into the cheese. Workers did not greet or say any of the usual customer service phrases, and a worker who appeared to be the manager had an earbud in (unprofessional). I have worked in fast food and I know reviews are usually cast upon with snarky retorts but I would be impressed if the workers at this location even care enough about their work performance to read reviews. I do want to point out the things that were done right to make sure I'm not entirely negative. My large sprite was good and there was nothing wrong with it, and I received the sauces I asked for and they tasted good. I would also like to point out the latter items were the only items that required the least amount of worker input and therefore could not be messed up by the workers. Overall very bad job by the workers. Wouldn't recommend if you want a satisfying meal.

  I didn’t had any issues in my visit and everything was fast at least in my experience.

  They advertised a free medium fry with a big arch burger purchase but wont honor it at checkout. We told them at the drive thru, he said he didnt know about it but said that he'll give us the free medium fry. Once we got the bag, it didnt have medium fry
