  Ordered, you messed up every single item, came back in, you still messed up both items you ended up “fixing.” You are aware a hamburger means no cheese right? After asking for no cheese is there a reason second time around every burger still had cheese? It’s not this hard and you had two different chances to get it right.

  Don’t even bother wasting your time with rude people who are always going to get your order wrong and then argue with and gaslight you so they don’t have to remake it.

  Consistently gets orders wrong. Check your food before pulling away from the drive thru window or driving home.

  Way too slow. Put in an online order. Drove to the restaurant. Waited for 15 min in a curbside spot until I decided to go through the drive thru. Since I ordered at least 5 minutes prior to arriving, it was a 25 min turnaround for a double quarter pounder with cheese. That’s about as slow as it gets.

  I think I’ve just about had it with places like this. I used the self-serve kiosk to order and pay for my food, but the machine was out of receipt paper. When I finished my order, I had no order number or receipt. When an order came to the counter, a person I assumed was a manager based on their different uniform, mumbled something and walked away. The bag had no identifying information, since there was no printed ticket or receipt attached. The person came back with a drink, which I assumed was mine, so I asked again what order had been placed on the counter. She mumbled my order and walked away again. I tried to let them know the kiosk was out of paper, but they didn’t seem interested. It would have been nice to have a receipt for my expense report. If the receipt had printed, I would’ve had my order number and documentation. When they first brought out the order, I could have matched it to the number they called, picked up my drink, and been on my way. Instead, because the receipt roll was empty, I had to ask for extra help and was met with a rude response from someone who should have been ensuring this kind of issue didn’t happen in the first place. What’s happened to customer service? Years ago, when minimum wage was $5.15 an hour, people earned far less but often seemed to take pride in their work and their role within an organization. Now it feels like no one cares anymore. When employees act like the job and the customers are beneath them, it makes me question why I should keep spending my money there. So I won’t. No more.
