It’s a family tradition to visit “the Outback” on every vacation. Out of all of them, this one stands out by far—all due to our bartender Greta! Every drink was created to perfection, just the way we like them. She kept our glasses full and had us laughing all night. It feels like I did a core workout from how sore I am LOL! Will definitely be revisiting - but only if Greta is working…

We ordered a bottle of wine which came out quickly after our server, Aaron, ordered it. In the meantime he brought us waters and bread and gave great recommendations on the menu. The filet and delmonico ribeye came out exactly as ordered and as he recommended. Great service and food.

I don't really ever want to place a to-go order anywhere, especially somewhere with these kinds of prices for food just in general, get there and stand at the to-go counter while 8 wait staff walk by me for 20 minutes until I finally grab one of them to ask them where my food is.
I pulled up in the to-go parking Friday night tonight at 7:00, got out just to let someone know I was there, waited in an empty room, to-go area, watched all the wait staff walk around the restaurant and walk-by and look at me. Not a single person greeted me, said we'll be right with you, not a word just casual glances from the waitstaff. There was one guy on the other end of the bar just casually folding silverware in napkins so it wasn't like they didn't have the staff or they were so slammed they couldn't have someone paying attention over there. Managers just walking around. It was pretty bad.
My advice to you, your management, your restaurant, is when someone walks into that to-go area, you better greet them, acknowledge them, let them know where their order is, get them out as fast as possible.
If you let your to-go customers walk into an empty waiting area and let them stand there for 20 minutes wondering if anyone even knows they're there, it's going to create a bad experience for your customers. Customers with bad experiences come to google and other outlets to report them to other people and quite honestly you deserve it, you had to work for it to get mine, and you did. You put the work in for this bad review.

It was busy today, Veterans day and they really didn't seemed prepared for it. We were there almost 2 hours and they told me when they brought my husband's soup that they were put of potato that I ordered so went with French Onion......which came after we were done with everything!!!! Was never offered anything for the inconvenience, maybe not be charged for the soup AT LEAST. NOPE! We're pretty laid back and patient but this experience was not worth over a hundred bucks. Do better Outback!
Sincerely,
Disappointed Customer

Went to the Outback at Denver West last week and had the best time. We were a party of 6 and all of our steaks came out cooked right except one. But our server, Aaron, checked in at the perfect time and got us a steak cooked at the right temperature while the rest of us were still eating, so we were all still eating together. Aaron is a server who checks in on you at the perfect time whenever you need something, and keeps drinks full without even asking. Thank you Aaron and Outback!!!
