  We were excited to found an Outback in Lakewood since we first tried it in California a few years ago, however the experience was not as expected. We order sirloin and ribs, but we (5 of us) taste it really spicy, even though the menu didnt mention that. For my mom the fries were very salty and the meat spicy, for me were the ribs and the sauce, etc… we told Jeff about that but he said it was weird because it should not be that spicy. I am sorry to say that we are never coming back, we paid amost 300k but endep up really dissapointed.

  Great food with great service. Meal was paced perfectly (drink delivery, bread , order taken, salad first, dinner later). And our server, Greta, at the bar was the absolute best! She was cordial and uber friendly, attentive at every stage of our visit, and tended to our every need. She goes above and beyond to keep her customers engaged and happy. This should be every local client's "go to" place for dinner and drinks. The manager, Jules, was likewise cordial and took time to meet with me when I requested the manager; not to complain, but to complement her staff and food quality. All around great dining experience. Go Greta...you're te BEST!

  Wow… that’s the first thing that comes to mind regarding my experience at this Outback location! A few of us decided to try outback for our monthly gals fellowship and we were blown away by the service and the food! Now, I’ve door dashed from this location a few times and have never been disappointed. But getting to experience this location in person was such a treat! Jeff was our server and was such a joy. We also met Jules, the manager, and she was just so wonderful! You can tell the employees really love being there so, of course, we loved being there too! I ordered a steak dinner combo and it was perfectly cooked (medium rare) and the sides were on point (mashed taters and broccoli). Honestly better than some of the “high end” steakhouses. Anyhow, I can’t wait to be back! I wish I knew Jeff and Jules’ schedule so that I can see them all of the time but that would be borderline stalking. 15/10 would visit again!

  Our experience for dinner tonight was 10/10. I haven’t been to an outback for years, and was blown away by the service and food. We were lucky enough to have Jeff as our server, and he truly made us feel like we were at home. He was attentive, kind, knowledgeable, and went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. My steak was delicious and perfectly cooked. We also had the pleasure of meeting the manager, Jules who clearly cares so much about her staff and creating a positive experience for everyone. These guys are doing it all right and we can’t wait to come back again soon.

  While Outback always has consistent and delicious food, the real treat from my experience tonight is my conversation and service from Jeff. He was warm, inviting, had fantastic stories, and made me and my friends feel like family from the moment we sat down. His manager, Jules, also provided so much graciousness, and keeps a beautiful restaurant in order and welcoming. I can’t wait to come back with additional friends, and my husband, for the experience, connection and shared laughs amongst friends. Truly exceptional, and one of the best restaurant experiences I’ve had in a very long time. Thanks again, Jeff and Jules- looking forward to seeing you both again!
