Came to this establishment yesterday and ordered dinner. We both got burgers, but I am allergic to dairy and asked for no cheese and for them to let the cook know, like I always do. My burger came out half frozen while my husbands was perfect. I sent it back and it took more than ten minutes for mine to come back out. When it arrived it was a burnt hockey puck. I truly feel this was intentional by the kitchen. The hamburger was also broken in three separate pieces almost as if they gave me scraps left on the grill. The waiter was also appalled by this and while he didn’t say much, I know he was just as upset about it as I was. Needless to say, I will never be back.

I did not know there was a nomad restaurant just at the base of I-70. Restaurant is located inside the hotel but it’s very spacious. Went here for lunch and got the fish tacos, highly recommend any of the tacos at this place tho. The waiter we had was so very accommodations and was also checking to see if we needed anything. Would recommend lunch here, does not get too busy however happy hour would be fun with the outdoor area.

Came in this evening with my husband and kids for 2 margaritas and some chips and salsa. We told the bartender Venni (I believe that was his name) that we would like to sit outside in which he replied "I will send out the waitress because I will forget about you out there". Ok no problem. He came out again about 10 minutes later and said again the waitress would be out, and he would not be helping us. 15 minutes later a frazzled waitress comes out and says she needs to do a bunch of things before taking our order. Venni never came to her assistance while she was obviously juggling too many guests, and he was standing around doing nothing. He made eye contact with us as we walked out and never tried to help. Had many opportunities to take a very simple order and do his job. Obviously Venni wasn't interested in doing his job this evening, hopefully this isn't common practice for both guests and staff sake.

We had a really…odd experience at this restaurant. The atmosphere was nice. The service was incredibly slow - some of our food was cold when we got it. Our server seemed pretty confused when we would interact with her. We never got a drink we ordered and when asking to bartender if he could make it, he said he didn’t know how to. The food was okay but we left feeling disappointed and honestly a little confused…
