Raw and Unsafe Food — Unacceptable Experience
This appears to be an ongoing issue based on other reviews. I pre-ordered a meal for my family through the app while we were traveling. Despite pre-ordering, we were asked to drive around and wait an additional 10 minutes because the food was not ready.
When we arrived at our hotel and opened the food (less than 15 minutes after leaving), the hamburgers were pink in the middle, cold, and still had ice present, indicating they were not fully cooked. The French fries were also cold and partially frozen. Additionally, our order was missing the sauce for the nuggets.
I called the restaurant to speak with a manager. The employee who answered initially claimed to be the manager, then handed the phone to someone else who stated it was “impossible” for raw food to be served. He argued with me, refused to provide his name, and showed a complete lack of professionalism and accountability.
I have filed a complaint with corporate and will be contacting the local health department. Serving raw, cold food—especially after a pre-order and additional wait—is unacceptable. Arguing with a customer who calls immediately after discovering a serious food safety issue is even worse.
This experience reflects a total failure in food safety, service, and management.

I visited this location with my 6 year old granddaughter and we had a nice visit. There was an indoor play yard which she enjoyed using. Are food met the McDonald's high standards.

Pros: fast service, kids play place, lots of parking, able to do computer work without much interruption, super nice staff!
Cons: Wish the playroom bathroom was unlocked
