    This McDonald's ALWAYS forgetting an item every time I order. My son went there this morning and they forgot his sandwich. They failed to give him a receipt. I tried to call and they didn't bother to answer the phone.

    The number of variations I have received when ordering a "egg and cheese biscuit with no meat" on the way to work is ridiculous. Even when I started adding "no meat" sometimes I get sausage. Sometimes I get a scrambled egg, a regular egg, a english muffin. Its crazy. Today it is one of those gross eggs with two pieces of unmelted cheese. And cold.

    I ordered my favorite dessert, a hot fudge sundae. However, there was so little fudge, it was a big disappointment. A 1-star experience, but I have eaten at this McDonald's before, and their burgers are fine.

    Gave me a drink they had mistakenly handed to someone else and had handed back to them. Consistently forgets items from orders, especially when rewards points are used to make them "free". Food is usually the standard McDonald's food, so no complaints about that part
