  The guy taking the orders through the drive up with long brown hair and red nail polish kept telling me my total and first windows after everything i ordered like i was done ordering, so I didnt even get to finish my order cause he was too busy talking to whomever he was talking too. When taking people's order you should let them finisg ordering instead of cutting them off. This guy CLEALRY didnt wanna be at work or on drive through.

  Ordered a Cheese Burger. Nothing extra and sat in spot #1 for 20 minutes waiting for my food on the drive through. Not sure if they ran out of food at 3:00 on a Monday or what happened.

  You know, I really love mcdonalds, I do. But every time I order a drink in the morning (redbull drinks or a coffee) they cant even bother to mix it for me. If i dont notice and take a sip i get a mouthful of syrup, chocolate or mango. Its honestly terrible and i didnt know people needed drink mixing lessons

  So I go to this location often and today I was completely caught off guard when my drink looked small. Anyway, I did a lot of research online and figured out what the lady was talking about. It’s the way the latte is written for McDonald’s that confuses some people because I go to this McDonald’s a lot and I usually get the bigger cup. I say the same thing almost every time I go and the cup sizes always different when I go so that’s why I was confused when she gave me the smaller cup that actually is I guess the cup that is supposed to be for that certain Request. But like I said every time I order the same thing the cup is different Then I also ordered a sausage egg McMuffin with cheese I got a burrito for a dollar. I got to the register looked at my receipt and I was charge more than I normally get charged in the morning when I go to this location I was not trying to get an extra sandwich I felt like the lady was being a little smart. Usually she’s very nice in the morning. I was just simply curious and wanted an explanation. I also said I am getting charged for a sandwich that I did not order. I literally said sausage egg McMuffin. They gave me a ham egg McMuffin they made it right but still this location is always confused in the morning. I probably more likely won’t go here anymore I’ve seen the reviews and I Shouldn’t get smart responses from a location when you’re just asking a simple question because online I’ve seen a bunch of confusion when you order an iced coffee it’s the wording that gets McDonald’s confused I guess but this is what I found online From a former employee from a different location, that’s what gave me better understanding about the coffee confusion Former McDonald’s manager lol if you read the white label where it shows the different items the cup is used for the mcafe is the category a latte falls under. A lot of people think it’s just an iced coffee, however since it does contain espresso and is made using the espresso machine it is a mcafe item. The small size yellow label means it would be used to make a regular non specialty iced coffee 👌🏻 I gave a fair review because the lady has been nice most the time but today I didn’t appreciate the service for a simple question and for them giving me a different cup almost every morning that’s y people get confused. Anyway do better this location.
