Food was good and the happy hour prices were great, but the service was honestly some of the worst I’ve experienced at a restaurant.
This is the first time I’ve ever felt compelled to leave a review because I was genuinely shocked by how poorly our table was treated. We were there celebrating my mother’s birthday and had my 2-year-old daughter with us. It took an extremely long time just to get a high chair, and no one came to take our order for at least 15 minutes.
When the food finally arrived, there wasn’t enough space on the table for all the plates. Instead of helping or giving us a moment to make space, the server handed me a very hot plate and immediately walked away, leaving us scrambling to juggle dishes.
After we finished eating, the table was clearly done — empty plates and drinks, nothing left. My dad and daughter had even stepped outside. We sat there for another 10–15 minutes waiting for the check while multiple staff walked by. We were seated in the center of the room, so it was very obvious we were waiting.
What made the experience even stranger was that the servers seemed completely disengaged on the floor — no smiles, no acknowledgment — yet were laughing and chatting behind the bar.
The food, atmosphere, and happy hour prices were actually good, which makes the poor service even more disappointing. Unfortunately, service can make or break a dining experience, and in this case it completely ruined what should have been a nice birthday dinner.
Management should really take a look at what’s happening on the floor because this level of service is not acceptable.

An absolutely amazing experience in all aspects of the senses. Gorgeous view and modern clean atmosphere well spaced for comfortable fine dining. Jason the manager runs a tight ship with outstanding food quality and atmosphere. Staff was attentive and friendly. We were seated immediately upon arrival and loved every moment of our time there. The lava cake was to die for. The sea bass was the best I've ever had. Even at night the view was amazing with the lights of Denver below us. Will return!

We went on Valentines day 2026. We had a 630 reservation and arrived at 620. At 7pm I asked what time we would be seated. A very harried manager stated he had no idea. The manager or whoever runs their reservations clearly over booked the restaurant. The entryway was bursting. People were being yelled at for seating, there were no text when your table was ready. People who were sat were coming to complain that nonone had been to their table in over half an hour. The entire place was a chaotic zoo.
We ended up leaving after 40 minutes of no communication, there were still people with 615 reservations that hadn't been seated and 715 reservations were piling in. There were at least 30 people standing just in the door. It was suffocating and unsafe.
We've eaten here before, the food has always been adequate with an over all nice ambiance, thus the reason we booked for the occasion. Im not sure we will be back. Landrys should be notified of the gross mismanagement.

Unfortunately, I left very disappointed with our experience. We made a reservation and arrived early, and initially had a wonderful time at the bar, the bartender was great. However, once we were seated the experience changed completely.
We sat at our table for about 30 minutes without being acknowledged.. no water, no menus, no greeting. We eventually felt we had to notify the host ourselves. What was most frustrating was making repeated eye contact with servers and not receiving any acknowledgment. As someone who has worked in the service industry for several years, I fully understand how busy and chaotic things can get, and I’m always patient when it comes to wait times for food. This felt different.
It genuinely seemed like one staff member noticed us but chose not to alert the appropriate server.
Once we were finally attended to, the service improved and the food was delicious. I want to emphasize that the kitchen absolutely delivered, and I truly appreciate the chefs.
Before leaving, I felt compelled to share my frustration with the manager. He seemed to immediately understand what had happened and kindly offered us champagne, which I appreciated. However, as I approached him, the server I had made eye contact with several times rolled her eyes and walked away. That reaction was disappointing.
In my experience, when service mistakes are noticed by staff or management, they should be addressed proactively rather than waiting for a guest to complain. I learned that standard in more casual restaurant, and I believe it’s especially important at a restaurant with higher price points.
I sincerely hope this feedback is taken constructively, as there is clearly talent in the kitchen and potential for a much better overall experience.

Had reservations for our Anniversary. We checked in saying we had reservations & we told they had to.see bc they were running low on tables. Then we were sat in a back room, no view with a hot fireplace on. There were all kinds of tables open out in the main area. Oysters on the half shell + one was bad with a really bad smell & almost made me puke. Wasters were always empty, appetizer plates on the table the whole night. Prime rib rare was great but lobster risotto sea bass was meh. Meanwhile people without reservations sat at nice tables in the bar with nice views. 😞. After 31 years of coming to the Chart House I am beyond sad that this was our treatment on our anniversary. Our anniversary was listed on our reservation and not as much as a happy anniversary from anyone
