The food was very tasty, and a young woman served me and gave me good service, but she was the only one working with another woman. There were other women working there, but instead of working to get the food out faster, they were just standing around doing nothing, talking amongst themselves. I sat down to eat there to relax and enjoy my meal, but they were making a lot of noise, shouting, and giving me dirty looks. The only good thing about the place was the food and the service the young woman gave me; everything else was terrible.

Went through the drive thru, they asked us to pull forward after we paid. Waited 15-20 minutes before we got our food. They gave it to a different car that they also asked to pull forward. Took it from that car, gave it to us. Said they threw an extra 10 piece nugget for the hassle. Everything was cold by the time we got it, and they gave us diet coke when we ordered regular coke.

For a fast food restaurant with a drive thru, why am I waiting for my food? We waited 20 minutes for our food and had to go ask for it. Might as well close it down so there can be more free parking.

I went through the drive up and the credit card machine wasn't working. So the attendant asked me to drive forward and wait for the manager to come outside and take my payment. I sat there for about 15 minutes, eating my burger, wondering what was going on. When there was a break, I backed up again to the window. The attendant said, "It's OK, you can have that one for free. It's our fault." I said, "But I don't want you to have to pay for it. Do you want me to go get cash and come back?" He said, "No, the manager said it's the fault of the credit card machine, so no one has to pay. Please take it for free." Amazing. This place has consistently served good food and now is on the top of my list for local restaurants. This is the best customer service I've seen in decades!
