I'm just giving this a one-star review in hopes that the owner or a manage will see it and fix the fact that most of their options are not available on their online menu. Very annoying when trying to order online. If this is fixed it goes to five stars!

When I finally decided to say something, it was difficult to get their attention even for anyone else in the lobby; No one there wants to deal with customer service…they literally struggled to pick who is going to take care of it in-front of all the customers, a “No you do it” situation…which is extremely rude given the fact that— it is a fast food environment where customer service should also be priority. Mind you, the only reason we were able to say something, was because there was a gentleman complaining asking for a refund and asking why no one was communicating at the cashier; we were there before him. All this happened, Just to find out our order was not showing up on the other screens and we still had to wait another 10min for our food. I could have asked for a refund yes, but pregnancy cravings are a must and had to be met. Overall , this was an awful experience at this location.

Also paid for bottled water at the kiosk, but they only offered a cup of soda-machine water after I asked the cashier. When I asked for a refund, she said she didn’t know how, and told me soda costs the same anyway—so I guess I ‘upgraded’ to sticking with it. Hilariously bad.
