Canceling an order of this size at the last possible moment shows a serious lack of competence and respect for customers’ time and commitments. If this location cannot reliably fulfill large or time-sensitive orders, they should not accept them in the first place. I would strongly advise against using this restaurant for any professional, group, or scheduled catering needs.

After repeatedly trying to scan my Qdoba rewards QR code to redeem my coupon, they let me know their system was down and that they couldn't accept any rewards because it "wouldn't work". I asked, well can you input it manually. I came here on my way through town because I have a coupon to be used today. The employee said absolutely not, they can't input it manually. Unless they have some sort of insane computer system, this is completely just not true. Every restaurant I've worked at has a way to input discounts. The employee argued with me for a minute and eventually I just paid for my meal and walked away. I'm highly dissatisfied with my experience, and recommend passing Qdoba by on your next journey through Glenwood Springs. Maybe Glenwood Springs needs a Chipotle, where they have more vegetarian options, the burritos are bigger, the flavors are better, and the employees honor app coupon codes.
