  Despite being well rated, our experience was simply not good. We had a pick up order that was 15 minutes late, no big deal. The food was truly what was disappointing. They offer a spice scale that they don’t deliver on at all. Our food was a 2/10 when ordered a 10/10. The flavors were really underwhelming and just overall not very tasty. The chickpeas in my dish were completely undercooked and crunchy. The server didn’t tell us that they were out of naan we had to ask about it to understand where the rest of our order was. I recommend eating basically anywhere else in town 🤷🏻‍♀️

  Place didn't even come up as a breakfast spot on Yelp. Wife had an omelette with sourdough and I had the special huevos rancheros. Both were delicious and prices equally outstanding. Mine was only 10.50 Forgot pics but I highly recommend.

  I stopped at Himalayan Cuisine in Glenwood Springs while traveling across the country from California. I was in the mood for breakfast and got genuinely excited when I saw signs for a Nepali festival. Anyone who knows me knows I love Nepalese culture, so I was looking forward to speaking Nepali and experiencing that atmosphere. Unfortunately, when I arrived there were no Nepali people present, which was disappointing. I was really hoping for that cultural connection. As for the breakfast, it was honestly somewhat of a joke and not something I would come back for. That said, the customer service was good here, and I do give them credit for that. Because of that, I might come back in the afternoon or evening to try the actual Nepali food. Sadly, though, the breakfast alone is not a reason for me to return.
