    came before everyone during lunch hour. I order at 12:27 a received my food til 12:54. asked multiple workers about my food and none of them told me anything.

    We visited on 10/15 around 2:30. The food was average Dq food. The service was good. Food took a little long to come out maybe like 20-30 mins. My complaint is about the atmosphere is that there were 2 groups of teens being rowdy and yell talking across the restaurant. One kid kept yelling derogatory phrases. It ruined our experience. Would have been nice if they asked them to leave or quiet down. My positive is that the soda machine was so clean! Thats awesome

    Saturday October 11th, we walk up to the counter to order and we're greeted by the cashier on her phone texting around 350pm- 4pm. The customer service was terrible to the point that we are trying to order ice cream while she is one her phone. My wife was interrupted when ordering herself and my daughter's ice cream. She was the rudest cashier to deal with to date. Dairy queen might have a lot of customers but they will be better off without my money, the disrespect was terrible and sad. Tried asking a question after I paid but she was so focused on her phone the customers behind us had to wait for her phone convo before they got helped. Services was unacceptable and the order was wrong, especially for some ice cream. The worst experience for a little girls even, after she was ignored when asking the cashier's name. Dairy queen in Glenwood springs colorado is the worst place to go for a nice family cold treat. Sad thing is we live 3hrs away and will not be refunded.
