- HFHope FNov 8, 20251.0I went n got 2 subs and a salad bowl for my wife and I. When I got home with the food one sub had no lettuce the other sub had no veggies or sauce whatsoever and to top it all off the veggie bowl did not have lettuce or spinach and the veggies and meat were not cut up like they were supposed to be. Ive worked at subways before and will be reporting this to HR as it seem the employee working tonight is not only careless but also seemed to be in a rush for nothing at all.I was the only customer in the store and no he didnot have any other online orders. As soon as I left i noticed hed went to the back room and it sounded as if he was playing on his phone. Saturday november 8th 4:45pm

She was kind & made the best meal from subway i have ever had. I wish I remembered her name bec she, needs to be a team lead/ subway trainer, if she isnt already. And it was my boyfriend's birthday so she reminded us of the birthday rewards and hooked it up. A+ Platinum service shout out!!

They still took my money but ignored me until I had to leave to get to work on time. Horrible service, horrible treatment. Can't even get a refund for food I didn't get but got charged for. Don't waste your time.
