  Extremely disappointed with our experience at Buffalo Wild Wings tonight. We ordered 15 bone-in wings, 15 boneless wings, fries, and 5x blue cheese on the side. When we got home and opened the bag, we realized they completely forgot the fries and the blue cheese. How do you forget both the fries and the dipping sauce? That basically ruined the entire meal. By the time we noticed, we were already home, so going back wasn’t realistic. We paid around 50$ for that!!! This kind of carelessness is unacceptable, especially considering how expensive everything is now. Very frustrating experience.

  Kai, is definitely the best server with the most outstanding customer service I've ever experienced since I've moved to Colorado via 2020. Please, by all means, ask for Kai for exceptional service

  Fui a la tienda a recoger mi pedido y había un trabajador tocándose sus partes íntimas y con esa misma mano estaba armado una hamburguesa. No traía sus guantes.
