  This Dunkin isn’t a coffee shop, it’s a psychological experiment. I pulled into the drive-thru and aged spiritually, emotionally, and possibly physically by about 7–10 business years. IF someone is “working,” it’s more of a loose interpretation of the word. The line moves at the pace of continental drift. You’ll have time to reflect on your life choices, reconnect with estranged family members, maybe even learn a new language before reaching the window. Ordering is just a fun little suggestion here. By the time you get up there, they’ve completely forgotten who you are, what you said, and possibly what Dunkin even is. You’ll ask for three items and receive one item, a confused stare, and a deep sense of personal growth. If you’re lucky, the item you do get will taste like it was brewed using vibes and regret. Honestly, it’s less “grab a coffee” and more “enter a chaotic realm where time has no meaning and orders go to die.” 10/10 if you’re looking to build character.

  Every time I visit this location, it’s an incredibly frustrating experience. My order is consistently incorrect or poorly prepared, and I’m almost always asked to repeat my order again when I get to the window to pay. On multiple occasions, I’ve been charged for items I didn’t order or receive, and the staff has been unable to correct or refund those mistakes. During my most recent visit, there wasn’t a single customer in the store or drive-through, yet I still waited over 25 minutes for a mobile order. The level of service here is consistently poor, and it’s difficult to understand how these issues continue (and get worse) without improvement.

  I was staying nearby so went in for a coffee twice this week. I'm not sure what all the bad reviews are about. My experience was just fine both times. Ordering is quick from the kiosk. Staff were nice enough as they handed my drink.

  I ordered through the kiosk and they got my order wrong. I ordered an egg and cheese wrap, which the sticker noted, and received bacon with it. I ordered almond milk with my drink, again, the sticker reflected that, and yet no milk at all was in my drink. And they completely forgot my hashbrowns. On top of that, one of the employees was rude and off putting. I should have read the reviews before going here, but I was in a rush.

  Worker closed the store before closing time. Arrived 6 minutes before the store closed and the door was already locked and the store was closed. The guy just looked at us. Very disappointed.
