  I mistakenly placed an order for the wrong time this morning, and TK was kind enough to remake my drink fresh even though it was my fault. He was very kind and professional, and started my day off with a smile!

  My order didnt go quite as planned (these things happens on occassion), but everybody was insanely nice and went crazy above and beyond to not only make things right, but make me feel like I walked out ahead.

  I wandered into this Einstein Bros. Bagel shop on a recent Wednesday around 12:50. I ordered a Pretzel Bagel with Onion and Chive cream cheese schmear and a Green Chili Bagel with plain cream cheese schmear. Even though time was ticking down to the 2:00 PM closing time, the bagels still tasted fresh. I enjoyed the slight spice of the Green Chili Bagel and the Pretzel Bagel was delicious in its simplicity. It reminded me of a salt bagel. No complaints, but bagel shops could always put a bit more cream cheese on the bagel. The service was excellent and the two guys working the counter/kitchen were friendly and quick. There were a couple of orders ahead of me, but even still, I had my order within 5 minutes. Also, I had some questions about the bagels and these guys were patient and their responses to my questions were informative. I appreciate that. The store is spacious and clean. As a customer, I could see my order being prepared. Everything looks hygienic - it's all good. Next time, I hope to try one of the bagel sandwiches.

  I enjoy this place overall but I order online and there is no options to get sandwiches without meat as im a vegetarian this is fusterating! Cant you change the mobile app to have that as an option?!
