  I can say that Arby’s roast beef is gross unless it’s shaved correctly.

  The main thing that had me going to Arby's was the cheap food during "happy hour" but neither place in Fort collins participates in that. So I guess after moving here I will no longer be getting Arby's.

  Just got the new Royale frnch dip soggy and not good at all staff is amazing and friendly would not recommend this at all

  Cold food is not what I pay for! Being gaslighted that the fries are fresh, after I request at the cash register Hot fresh fries, and the fries are Cold! When food is cold its cold. When a customer comes in side to place a order specific asking for hot fresh curly fries, don't add the fries sitting in the prep area with no heat lamp for 5 mins im waiting on my order and tell me there fresh. Completely disappointed in this store. But has gone down hill and I won't be back anytime soon.

  I want to preface this review by saying I have worked in fast food, and I know there is a lot beyond employee's control. I can, have, and will excuse a lot of things as simply being a part of what happens. However, today was not one of those days. I got to Arby's, waited in line for a long time before having to ask again to be tended to. Whatever, that's fine. I ordered 2 roast beef sandwiches and some other things. I got to the window and paid. As I'm waiting for the drinks, a new person comes over and tells me that the roast beef is going to "Take, like, several minutes" and if I wanted a replacement. That is standard procedure. I said it was for my parents and they did not give me an alternative. He looked at me weird and said, with attitude, "Okay... so, like, can you text your parents and ask if they want something else?" I was so caught off guard by the demand that I actually did text them. I would have been totally fine waiting for the roast beef, by the way. I've waited for it before, just pull around to the parking lot and wait. But that wasn't offered, and I was so off kilter by the demand that I didn't even think to ask. The man stared at me while I waited for a text back. I was told no by my family, so I just asked for a refund. He walked away and shouted to someone "she wants a refund." Which from where I sat sounded rude, too. The manager refunded me promptly, but also never asked if there was any way to fix it. This was a very rude experience. Waiting for food is part of the fast food experience, and one I don't have a problem doing. But asking (in a demanding and rude tone) that I text my family for an alternative is... absolutely unheard of. Don't do this anymore. Ask if we can wait or if we want an alternatife.
