  I’ve probably ordered sandwiches from here 100+ times and I think they have only messed up my order once and they immediately apologized and fixed it

  Great sandwiches, even better service! For sure the best place to get a sandwich in Fruita!

  Kinda small Jimmy John's and it can get busy / crowded really quick, but the staff is awesome and the sandwiches are good.

  Food was ok. Service was the most unprofessional I’ve seen. Two females working the evening shift of 04/03/26. I was greeted as if I was an annoyance. Told my food was almost ready, then heard them snickering about me behind the counter. Then even tho I was led then five feet from them when my food was prepared, they made sure to yell from the back of the then empty store that my take out was ready and set as far away from me as possible. I used to manage restaurants. I like to give the benefit of the doubt to most places I go. But this was blatant disrespect and unprofessional behavior. My family and I frequent this store, but I do not think we will be returning after tonight’s experience.

  Best JJ’s I’ve ever been to. Literally stopped making sandwiches at home so I can come here. Only down side is that the lobby can get crowded at times.
