I called was put on hold for 28mins so I drove there (while I was still on hold) to get a refund and return the wrong order. Very disappointed!!! This was Friday 11/7/25 update received my card statement yes they did credit me but not the $9.00 tip for the door driver which they said they would credit me!! Poor service!!

An adult male, who appeared to be the manager, was loudly yelling at a young employee who looked like he might still be in high school. The manager was standing just inches from his face, following him around, and berating him in front of customers. Everyone in the lobby was clearly uncomfortable watching this unfold. The young employee handled himself with professionalism and stayed calm, but no one should be treated this way at work. It was very upsetting to see, and it left a very negative impression of this location. I hope the ownership or corporate office will look into this matter and ensure employees are treated with respect.
