My order was completely wrong and when I called already having arrived home to get refunded they told me to come back or they couldn’t do anything. Would not recommend this place and I will not be coming back

When I pay the 25 cents for extra sauce I have NEVER received it. I pay for the snack wrap, or a burger, or nuggets and there is literally something wrong in every single order. Someone needs to hire new managers ASAP. Hire someone(s) competent.

Went to the one in Fruita and granted it was somewhat busy but our to go order was missing food and being a distance away there was no going back for it. Already prices are high. What happened to customer curteousy and working with a smile all that, repeating back everything in the order. Seems like people skills and accountability is no longer a thing at these places.
