I ordered 2 bakers dozen bagels online. When arriving to the store they were completely OUT of everything!!! They did not prep my order when it arrived to them online in advance so we had to scramble and get whatever they had (flavors we didn’t even enjoy). They were filling others orders (with bagels we already paid for) while we were trying to fill our 2 dozen!! Staff is rude. I also paid EXTRA for some flavors and no refund was given to me when they didn’t have those flavors available. So frustrating.
