- ADAshton DoyleApr 4, 20261.0When my wife and I walked into the store we stopped to look over the menu. The guy working behind the counter rudely asked if we were ready to order. When we asked for another minute he rolled his eyes and turned away from us. We then went to the counter to order. My wife ordered her bagel with no cheese as she has a dairy issue and we told them so. We got home to find the bagel was caked in cheese so she was not able to eat her sandwich. We will not be going back as this is the worst food experience we have ever had. It’s not hard to be nice and make a bagel with an easy request. We also couldn’t sit in the lobby while we waited for our food since the tables and chairs were disgusting.

Out of the last 5 orders, I've received 1 correct. This last round cost me over $10 in missed items. I don't know how management is, but it must not be a good place to work, judging from the unhappy attitudes of their employees. Hope they figure it out. I will not be returning. Sorry.

- ABAbygale BedowDec 21, 20252.0Bagels are always so great! BUT I had the worst experience possible ordering online IN ADVANCE! I made an online order at 8am for pick up at 11am. I ordered 2 bakers dozen bagels online. When arriving to the store they were completely OUT of everything!!! They did not prep my order when it arrived to them online in advance so we had to scramble and get whatever they had (flavors we didn’t even enjoy). They were filling others orders (with bagels we already paid for) while we were trying to fill our 2 dozen!! Staff is rude. I also paid EXTRA for some flavors and no refund was given to me when they didn’t have those flavors available. So frustrating.
