This man is the epitome of customer service and went out of his way on his day off, late in the evening to communicate with me and make sure that I got my wallet back from the good Samaritan that handed it in from the Safeway parking lot. I don’t know who that Angel was, but I hope you know how appreciated you are. The whole experience restored my faith in humanity, as my wallet was stuffed with cash when I lost it, and the same amount was in it when it was given back to me. I even tried to offer Kyle a monetary award which he politely declined.The other gentleman that was working at Safeway that night that also went out of his way, I believe his name was Jorge, but he was amazing as well, especially since I was there right at closing time. I have lived in Breckenridge for 15 years and always enjoyed shopping at Safeway because of the friendly staff and good deals. Due to Kyle‘s initiatives, and the follow-through of everyone else, Safeway has definitely gained my loyalty! Thank you, Safeway staff for being awesome!

I live in Breckenridge but travel here specifically for the quality of Safeway’s food but also this location’s employees. Everyone I have come across works so hard, their systems are a well oiled machine and ai just feel at home. There’s one cashier (I forget his name) but he remembers me every time and my baby absolutely adores him because they play peekaboo. He’s my favorite person and I hope he’s around your store forever. Your baked goods are the best I’ve ever had- probably because Lina is the manager and she’s amazing! Anyway, just so appreciative of the experience I have here when grocery shopping can literally be stressful.
